IFP is a real-world innovation hub and testing ground for startups in AgTech, FoodTech, and ClimateTech. Located in Kibbutz Eyal, Israel, IFP leverages the kibbutz’s rich agricultural infrastructure—fields, machinery, and expert farmers—to provide startups with everything they need to validate, refine, and scale their technologies in real-life conditions.

Startups that join IFP gain hands-on access to operational farmland, tailored mentoring, and a collaborative ecosystem designed to accelerate product development and market readiness. Unlike traditional accelerators, IFP is built around fieldwork, experimentation, and action—where ideas are tested under real-world pressures, not just in labs or decks.

Our goal is to become the go-to playground for breakthrough innovation in sustainable food systems and climate-resilient agriculture. In the future, we aim to create an investment vehicle to support selected ventures and develop cross-sector collaboration between robotics, data, biology, and agriculture.

IFP is already collaborating with forward-thinking startups, providing them not only with land and tools—but with a supportive community of peers, professionals, and mission-driven partners.

At IFP, we don’t just talk innovation—we grow it.

Bio:

Throughout his career, Udi Israeli has worked across startups, corporations, and nonprofits—leading business development, forging strategic partnerships, and managing large-scale projects across global markets. He specializes in identifying opportunities, building powerful collaborations, and driving growth in complex environments.

Udi grew up on a kibbutz and spent his early years working the land—picking fruit, driving tractors, and gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of farming. That deep connection to agriculture has shaped his understanding of the field from the ground up.

His global business journey has taken him from Israel to Europe, the U.S., and Latin America, where he led international business development for major companies like Siemens and Abengoa. These roles sharpened his ability to navigate complex markets, negotiate strategic deals, and work across cultures.

He also served five years in Shayetet 13 (Israeli Navy SEALs), where he developed resilience, focus, and a mission-first mindset. Since 2004, he has continued to serve as a reservist.

Today, Udi brings the same discipline, global perspective, and entrepreneurial drive to his venture, IFP—a real-world testing ground for the future of AgTech, FoodTech, and ClimateTech.
