Bio:

I am a leader, manager, and instructor with 20 years of experience conducting complex global operations, directing teams, and solving complex logistical problems in dynamic fast paced environments across 5 continents. I have a unique ability to analyze challenging and complicated situations and rely on  past experience and critical thinking skills to deliver creative solutions quickly. I have written, developed, and taught over 2000 hours of classroom curriculum for SEALs and ISOF and was responsible for the execution of hundreds of high-risk training evolutions. I am the recipient of multiple awards for outstanding performance and professionalism to include 3 commendation medals. I obtained a BS in Organizational Leadership and a MS in Strategic Leadership while on active duty, and finish my Master of Business for Veterans at USC Marshall in May 25'. I will start my Doctorate of Organizational Change and Leadership at USC in June 25'. 

As a 20 year military veteran with experience across various rates, and as an alumni and mentor for The Honor Foundation, it has been my purpose and passion to help veterans find theirs. I have experienced the lack of support and direction that the military provides during the transition process known as TAPS, and our goal is to fundamentally change this process, and enhance this experience through the use of tools like FindAFitt to provide the best possible outcomes for users.
