Bio:

Spencer Calvin is a highly respected former Navy SEAL who served with distinction for 32 years, achieving the ranks of Senior Chief Petty Officer and Lieutenant Commander. His career included multiple combat deployments and leadership roles in POTUS-directed operations, with a focus on strategic special operations across Asia and the Middle East. Known for his resilience and excellence, Spencer consistently led teams in high-risk, high-pressure environments.

A values-driven leader, he specializes in building and managing elite, cross-functional teams. His areas of expertise include Strategic and Operations Leadership, Organizational Development, Risk Mitigation, Resource Planning, Project Management, Crisis Management, and Change Management. He is recognized for his ability to navigate complex challenges and guide teams through high-stress scenarios in diverse cultural settings.

Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science degree and currently lives in Mandeville, Louisiana, with his wife, Katherine, and their two sons, Brayden and Hunter. In his post-military career, he continues to bring his leadership and problem-solving skills to new and evolving opportunities.
