In addition to our panels, we also create custom framing and hardware solutions that ensure simple and safe installation.

Bio:

Maxim is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in leading complex projects and processes, driving operational excellence, and team building. His expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, financial management, job costing, business operations, production processes, and developing efficient systems.

Maxim managed a high-stakes national security project in Africa, where he trained Angolan special forces and directed sensitive operations to safeguard Angola’s territorial and economic waters. As an operator and team instructor in “Shayetet 13,” Israel’s elite naval unit, Maxim participated in dozens of missions, including the 2014 Gaza War (“Operation Protective Edge”) and the 2025 Gaza War (“Operation Swords of Iron”) during his reserve service.

A former MMA fighter and three-time Israeli grappling champion, Maxim applies resilience, discipline, and focus to every challenge. His leadership, problem-solving skills, and risk management expertise are shaped by extensive experience in high-pressure environments, allowing him to navigate complex situations efficiently.
