Our business uses diving as an intervention to assist people with

particular needs. Among our clients are soldiers with PTSD, Autistic children, as well as professional athletes, and youth striving for excellence. The training program establishes water as a safe zone for personal growth and development. We utilize

individual and group water challenges to help our participants to build effective coping mechanisms, communication skills, and improve performance. We let them taste failure without frustration and experience success. We work in small groups at warm swimming pools, and our diving sessions offer isolation from external noises and a strong sense of confidence. Such an experience is later translated to greater focus, resilience, and self-esteem in the outside world.

Bio:

Dror Maor is a retired Israeli Navy SEALs CDR (Shayetet 13) with 30 years of military expertise. He's a licensed attorney and notary, an avid cyclist, an active diving instructor, and founder of Minded Dive Ltd. He earned his LL.B from The College of Law and Business in Ramat Gan and is currently pursuing an M.A. in Management in Education at Tel-Hai College. Dror embodies a commitment to

service and excellence. As a devoted husband and father of three, his life is a testament to leadership, integrity, and making a positive impact in his community.
